Request for information:

“I would like to request all consent conditions issued between 2017 and 2022 that consider the effects of noise on the environment and wildlife, and stipulate constraints on noise or vibration (e.g. decibel limit, time periods where activities emitting noise are restricted,
locations within a construction site where activities emitting noise are restricted etc).

Furthermore, for consent conditions that meet these requirements, please provide:
• the Assessment of Environmental Effects report for the project; and
• any Compliance Audit reports associated with the project.

I am specifically interested in roading, construction or earthworks projects (though other project information is welcome).”
