Request for information: 

"I would like to request a copy of the Resource Consent Application, AEE and any supporting reports along with RFI and further information requests in relation to Resource Consent WGN 230029 - the consents relate to bulk earthworks and discharge consents for 33, 43, 41 and 89A Ruakawa Street? Please could you get the planning team to send me through a copy? This is an urgent request. 

In addition to the consent material which I understand should be publicly and easily available I would like to request all correspondence, notes, meetings, correspondence reports etc. of GWRC staff, representative or consultation I relation to this consent, along with any correspondence or additional material provided by the Applicant or its representatives in relation to this development. Please treat that component of my request as an urgent request for information under Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987."
