Request for information: 

"Under the LGIA I would like to know what happens to the money charged by snapper for penalty fares. Does this go to the Counci of is it held by snapper? 

How much has been charged in penalty fares since snapper was introduced on the Wellington train lines? 

Is the amount snapper charges verified by the council or contract holder?"
