Request for information: 

"Please provide the following information under the LGOIMA for the financial year 2023: 

• The total number of resource consent applications which the council has not processed within the applicable time limit, if any. 
• The total monetary value of all discounts on administrative charges which the council has provided applicants as a result of not processing resource consent applications within the applicable time limit under the RMA rules, if any. 

If providing this information for the 2023 financial year would be too difficult then please provide the data for an alternative but recent time period which is more suitable."
